# Return a delivered order

> Customers may sometimes want to request a return. Learn how to exchange items that have been delivered to your customer.

  Return orders can only be created after the order has been delivered to your customer.

## Create a return order

1. Go to the **Orders** page
2. Find the delivered order you want to return
3. Click on the **3 dots icon** on the far right, then choose **Return**
4. Confirm the return order information
   1. Customer information
   2. Items and quantity to be returned to you
   3. Amount to be returned to the customer
5. **Save & Continue** to create the return order
