# Exchange a delivered order

> Learn how to exchange items that have been delivered to your customer.

  Exchange orders can only be created after the order has been delivered to your customer.

## Create an exchange order

1. Go to the **Orders** page
2. Find the delivered order you want to exchange
3. Click on the **3 dots icon** on the far right, then choose **Exchange**
4. Confirm the exchange order information
   1. Customer information
   2. Items and quantity to be returned to you
   3. New items to be delivered to the customer
   4. Amount to be collected or returned
5. **Save & Continue** to create the exchange order
