Orders received from your Shopify integration by 12:30 PM will be delivered on the same day to your customers’ doorstep.Same-day delivery is only available for Shopify merchants, with support for other e-commerce service providers coming soon.

Canceling orders during processing

You can now cancel orders directly from your portal after they’ve started processing, as long as they’re not yet out for delivery. You no longer need to contact support to cancel these orders.
