Add your products
Add your products with details and images to get your logistics ready, whether you’re adding them one by one, in bulk, or importing directly from your online store.Let’s start by adding a single product manually:
- Go to the SKU Listings page
- Click on Add New SKU then choose Add SKUs Manually
- Fill in the product details
- Your product’s name
- Product images

A unique SKU ID for each item
An SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) is a unique code you assign to each product variant in your inventory. It helps you track items, manage stock, and avoid mistakes during fulfillment. Example: a green medium t-shirt would have the SKU ID
TSHIRT-GRN-M, and the green large t-shirt would have the SKU IDTSHIRT-GRN-L.
- View your products in the SKU Listings page.

Send your inventory
Stocking up your items in our warehouse lets us deliver your orders as soon as they’re placed by your customers.
- Go to the Send Inventory page
- Click on Send Inventory then choose Add Manually
- Add the quantity you’re sending in for each item in the list, then click Save & Continue
- Choose Request Vehicle if you’d like us to pick up your items for you, or Send Inventory if you’d prefer to send your products yourself to our warehouse
- Review your order, then click on Send Request to confirm your shipment
- Track your inbound order in the Inventory page

Create your first order
The last step to start business is to receive orders. We’ll handle the delivery.
- Go to the Orders page
- Click on Add Order then choose Add Single Order from the dropdown
- Enter in your customer’s information including their:
- Full name
- Contact number
- Shipping address
- Add your products information to the order and include:
- Quantity
- Price
- Confirm the receipt
- Click on Place Order to confirm the order
