Feel free to edit or cancel orders after they’ve been created to modify the items, shipping address, amount to be collected or received, and more.
You can only cancel orders before they’re fulfilled. These include the following statuses: On Hold, Pending, Ready, and Processing. You can only edit orders before they reach the Ready status. See all order statuses for more information.

Edit an existing order

  1. Go to the Orders page
  2. Find the order you want to edit
  3. Click on the 3 dots icon on the far right, then choose Edit Order
  4. Update the order details
  5. Save Changes to update the details

Cancel an existing order

  1. Go to the Orders page
  2. Find the order you want to cancel
  3. Click on the 3 dots icon on the far right, then choose Cancel Order
  4. Confirm to cancel the order
Contact support for orders you don’t have access to edit or cancel. We handle and charge orders edited or canceled after the Fulfilled status as return-to-origin.
