Feel free to edit or cancel orders after they’ve been created to modify the items, shipping address, amount to be collected or received, and more.
Orders can only be canceled before they’re fulfilled. These include the following statuses: On Hold, Pending, and Ready, and Processing. Orders can only be edited before they reach the Ready status. See all order statuses for more information.

Edit an existing order

  1. Go to the Orders page
  2. Find the order you want to edit
  3. Click on the 3 dots icon on the far right, then choose Edit Order
  4. Update the order details
  5. Save Changes to update the details

Cancel an existing order

  1. Go to the Orders page
  2. Find the order you want to cancel
  3. Click on the 3 dots icon on the far right, then choose Cancel Order
  4. Confirm to cancel the order
Contact support for orders you don’t have access to edit or cancel. Orders edited or canceled in a phase later than Ready are handled and charged as return-to-origin.
