Return orders can only be created after the order has been delivered to your customer.

Create a return order

  1. Go to the Orders page
  2. Find the delivered order you want to return
  3. Click on the 3 dots icon on the far right, then choose Return
  4. Confirm the return order information
    1. Customer information
    2. Items and quantity to be returned to you
    3. Amount to be returned to the customer
  5. Save & Continue to create the return order
