Create orders from our portal and we’ll handle fulfillment from there. Choose your method below.

Start a new order

Go to the Orders page, click Add Order, then select Add Single Order.

Enter customer information

Fill in the customer’s details:
  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Shipping address
    1. Country
    2. City
    3. Area
    4. Street name
    5. Building number
Enter a clear, detailed address to avoid delivery delays.
Click Save & Continue.

Add products to the order

Search for products and click to add them to the order. Set the quantity for each item, then click Save & Continue.

Confirm the receipt

Order Discount

Apply a discount to the order. choose between Flat (fixed amount) or Percentage. You can add multiple discounts to the order using Add New Discount.

Extra Fees

Add any additional charges in the Extra Fees section. Each fee requires a name and flat amount. You can add multiple extra fees to the order.

Shipping Fees

Enter the shipping fee amount, or check Free Shipping to waive it.

Payment Method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Courier will collect the amount on delivery.
  • Prepaid: Payment was collected before shipping.
Order amounts can be part prepaid and part cash on delivery.
The total payment amount must equal the order subtotal after discounts and fees.

Place the order

Review the Order Summary on the right to confirm totals, then click Place Order.
