Exchange orders can only be created after the order has been delivered to your customer.

Create an exchange order

  1. Go to the Orders page
  2. Find the delivered order you want to exchange
  3. Click on the 3 dots icon on the far right, then choose Exchange
  4. Confirm the exchange order information
    1. Customer information
    2. Items and quantity to be returned to you
    3. New items to be delivered to the customer
    4. Amount to be collected or returned
  5. Save & Continue to create the return order
