What this integration does
Once connected, Flextock will:- Sync your active products from Shopify into the Flextock portal
- Sync orders created after integration
- Update order statuses on Shopify based on fulfillment activity in Flextock
- Keep stock quantities in sync between Flextock inventory and your Shopify store
Shopify integration setup guide
Install the Flextock app
Find the Flextock app in the Shopify App Store and click Install.
Grant permissions
Review the requested permissions and click Install again to authorize the connection between Shopify and Flextock.
Connect your Flextock account
Once the app opens inside your Shopify admin, click the Connect with Flextock button.You’ll be redirected to the Flextock Merchant Portal. Wait a few moments while your accounts are securely linked. This happens automatically.
Confirm the connection
After linking is complete, you’ll be returned to Shopify automatically. Your integration status should now show as Connected.
Look for the Connected status badge on the app’s main screen before proceeding.

This can occasionally happen during initial setup. Try disconnecting and reconnecting 2–3 times. Most sync issues resolve on a retry.
